Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original GROHE signature packaging, ensuring all installation components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the fixture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
